No, not until 3.1 comes out with Ul'duar. Every instance is easy mode until Malygps, but even then, hes not that bad. EXCEPT FOR VAULT, vault is serious biz.

You'll have a better chance getting gear with your priest than competing with 100s of dk's

Just quest your ass off and you will replace all of that gear with blues and greens in Northrend, and it depends but you can do it in less than a week and if you want tag mobs then you can do it in a day or two.

WoTLK really isnt worth paying for on the whole. PvE is dead as it's a pure faceroll now, Not a single challenge left in the game raiding wise, As far as PvP goes OP DK's and Ret's are generally ruling arena atm, Also the number of Holy palas is just quite alarming in all brackets. Rogues just took quite a heavy pvp nerf so they wont be as heavy in pvp now , On the whole pvp is waaaay too bursty to be fun anymore.
