Unless your character is specced out with donor gear or something just delete the level 1 character and create a new character!

He can be level 1 I think a week ago I'm not really sure when but a svip abused his/her powers and made everyone level 1 and yeah just screwed things up so :[

Just submit a ticket and a gm will make you level 80 again ! :]
