Trouble with a new account

Good evening VCN peoples.

I've recently tried to join the VCN wrath server, but the server will not recognize my account, telling me my information is incorrect each time it gets around to handshaking.
Ive double checked the account registering (the website told me I could only have one account per IP), and the password.

Does the registration sometimes take a decent while, rather than the 2 minutes? Or should I submit a ticket somewheres?

Hello,

If you already have a VCN account, you can't make second one, you have to have only one account per Ip on VCN.
Now if you don't already have an acount then it must be a bug somewhere. Did you change realmlist correctly ? Are you sure that you wrote your login / pw correctly ?

Use a proxy and make a new account.

I have double checked the realm list ( Set realmlist 208.43.192.210 ), and ive checked my login with the password change system.
Ive tried making a new account with a proxy as well. Ive tried about 5 of the more popular proxies from proxy.org and none of them have been able to fool the server into giving me another account.

Whom do I contact about getting my IP cleared or the account fixed?
