IF YOU ARE NOT A ADMIN/GM DO NOT POST HERE.
Just had a question about svips. Are they allowed to give out NoN Donor items, Example - Deathdealers for a rogue, are they a lot to give that out to someone?
Deathdealers = t2.5

Ya it says right in the rules they are not allowed to give items out. It is also just common sense.

So that is a No.
