There are no rules on haste I believe, those rules were for the 2.4.3 realm.

Just T7 alone ups the haste over the limit though, I think those are the 2.4.3 limits, which makes shit sense since haste does way less at 80.
I think all the old threads were just refreshed when Rous did server maintenance.

not only haste some shit like heroism too, so if you swing ur wep faster then 0.5 (or something like that) its abuse even if you got 300 haste

actually that would be impossible it woukld take at least 2000 + Icyveins/heroism to do that
