The donation list only updates every 1 or 2 weeks, so let's say the last time the list updated was April 21st, and you donated on the 22nd, you would have to wait a week, or more, before the GMs can help you.
Just be patient like the rest of us. ^^

You should of titled this Admin Tickets take ages - since GM's can't actually do account upgrades. Beside from this, some people don't fill in the correct information (which it states to do so, when you make a donation) and on top of that, you have the small little errors such as donations which cost $40 when someone makes a donation for $10 - or makes a donation for a item which isn't on the list, for example; Dagger of Rouslan, or Dagger of Fire.

To the point; you'll need to wait for a Admin - or Rouslan to log on and do the upgrade for you, it's beyond mine, Fourstar and Cakes control to do anything with GVIP / SVIP or even VIP upgrades.
