You could do it the way Pyrophobia posted here http://www.vcnserver.net/guides-and-etc-f45/how-to-revive-if-you-are-stuck-as-ghost-t31176.htm
But when i had the ghost bug and went into the water my character had no breath bar and couldn't drown.
So i teleported to Shattrath ran a bit and jumped into the nothingness after a few seconds i died.
Now you can just relog to release your spirit (or use the script but dunno if it's allowed) and ressurect at the spirit healer.

Yeah problem is you can't talk to the teleporter when you're dead, I posted a simple solution on the last thread..
