Ok, Yes Lets Get It Out The Way- It Comes Down To Luck Alot Of You Will Say.

I Was Wondering If Anyone Had Tips Or Anything. Basically I Want To Get To This Standard:

I Have Looked Across The Internet And Looked At Videos And 'Guides' On It- But It Doesnt Help For Some Reason ;[. Maybe Im Unlucky?

Maybe It Comes Down To Playing Alot? At The Moment My Aim Sucks And I Get The Shakey Hands What Isnt Great... Otherwise And Tips To Improve My Sniping Skills Like In The Video?

Try using a marker, mark the crosshair after you zoom in, then place a ruler right under the dot, and vua la, you have no scope skills.
