whats the point of cheapshot on a mage? skilled mages will blink right after you used cheapshot, but if you use garrote, you can get a mage down to like 50-60% of his hp until the silence effect gone.

if you use garrote mage will ib = failed, and lot of mages blink at cheapshot, shs>kidney>hurted mage <3

As much as you can get. 500-600 and spec into Arcane Fortitude. Even then you're going to get cut apart like you're plastic, but it will help.
