i had the name cloud on 2.4 then had to ask for it back after everywipe and everytime i put in a ticket they say no but i see everyone else getting their names back tell me wats up wit6h me not being allowed to get my name back

Those names were stolen on purpose, simply to make the normal owners unable to use them, i don't know if yours was taken on purpose or not.

You might just have to create a new name.
