wow on a laptop

Anyone else play wow on a laptop? I recently started but I have to put the lowest possible resolution and graphics settings to run it. If you play on a laptop post your laptop specs thanks Smile

Mine are Pentium duel core 1.7 Ghz, 2 GB DDR2 ram, integrated intel video card all on vista =/. Crap I know, but Iv had this for a year already.

Work's fine on my laptop. Nearly better than on teh real computer.
Tho I've started to use my laptop for everything else expect playing WoW, my real computer is fo that!

dual core 1.6, 2gb(vista), gf 8400 / ati 2400 is the recommended minimum for wow on laptop

maybe ill get better results with win 7 or win xp

My laptop specs is: Intel centrino 2 2,0 GHz (Vista) Nvidia Geforce 9600M GT. with 512 dedicated ddr3 ram on. I can run almost every game in highest quality. Can run WoW in highest quality aswell. Wink

Because I am having trouble running wow on mine and would want to know the specs a laptop should have to run wow well for when I buy a laptop in the future.

No matter what you get, splurge on a nVidia 9800 and you'll be fuckin set.
I'm pretty sure you can get them for under 200, and it's damn near, if not, the best you can get.
Helloooooooooooooooooooo highest settings. My buddy dropped in a 9800 on his and he can see players at Mage tower from FRR in EotS clear as day. Pretty nice imo

Shitty Toshiba, Intel Centrino Duo, 1.7Ghz, 2GB Ram. I play with WoW's highest graphics settings. If you haven't noticed, the graphics are horrendous either way.
