you cant really use a cheat engine to get items on runescape but ok..

and i play rs cause wow is bullshit/too easy

No, you play RS because you don't have the mental capability to press more keys than just the right and left mouse buttons. Point, click, dead. Happy?

WoW may be easier to get to max level, but it's 100,000x harder to PvP in.

RS is a shit game, and btw yes, Cheat engine DOES work for making multiple items in Runescape. I have screenshots to prove it. I'll reply to your next post with them and another clever comeback.

Items can be changed but it takes a long time. Money is easier, but items aren't...Always what they appear to be, to put it simply. It's a lost art that I will only teach you for 2,000 Gold on the retail server, Nazjatar.
