These few priest spells are bugged and they are pretty important although Penance works with the updated spell fix the others I do not think do

Penance

Sometimes says invalid target and cannot be casted on anything but NPCs and it does not have any effect

Prayer of Mending

Does nothing from what I have seen

Divine Hymn

Not working

Hymn of Hope

Not restoring the correct amount of Mana

Mind Sear

Does not work at all

Devouring Plague

Does not seem to heal the caster and if doing any damage at all it is low

Mana Burn

I am not 100% sure on the mana burn but I know it is not working as it should at the moment

Mind Flay

Works somewhat but the slow effect I do not think is in effect and it does really low damage

This goes for both realms

Mana burn is supposed to burn lots of mana, only burns like 6 mana, so /lol.

+ dispersion dont give mana (maybe changed again not sure) + dots hit like  a little girl +fade for shadow, have no effect.

Penance doesn't scale with haste rating. Which it has to do.
