so a few new changes with retail first off is Faction Change. How it works is you pay 30$ and what it comes with is: faction change, name change, and also you can choose from ANY race that can be your class the pic below is me when im doing my paladin ( save the "lul shit gear" i know its bad).
You get to choose the race how it looks and you get to type in a new name. I've been waiting for this i have a friend who wanted to come back to retail but wanted to play on his s1 glad toon and it was alliance now there is a fix for that.
