I meant without hacking. BM talent and quiver and bow = 1.5 without a single drop of haste.

Here is a better guide:
1) Make a hunter, tauren, and next type /macro
2) Enter any name and for the description/actual macro use this

Quote :: #showtooltip Steady Shot
/castsequence reset=3 Steady Shot, Arcane shot, Auto Shot, Steady shot, Auto shot, Steady shot, Auto shot
/cast [exists,target=pettarget] Kill Command
/cast Multi-Shot(Rank 6)

3) Open up keybindings and bind every key to this macro.
4) PvP Face-roll
