    Theres lots of fun ways

    smudge method:

    duplicate your render later, take a smudge brush, use jitter, lower spacing and smudge outwards. Duplicate several layers and do this at different settings and play with opacity.

    play with layer modes...maybe add a C4D and set to overlay/softlight/dodge....whatever looks best.

    do a few gradient maps, add some more C4Ds around the focal, erase parts you dont need ( I suck at that part)

    do a sharpen filter then unsharp mask...

    whatever looks good, maybe some pen tooling or brushes =D
