Every character I have has a pvp trinket so you're first point is invalid. Cooldowns should be used in BGs/Arena/World Pvp. In a duel it just ruins the pvp, who can beat a 1.2 second frostbolt spammer who crits 4-6k with a 4-8 second silence. If you can't win without cooldowns then you fail.

He has a point thou, If you can't pvp without cooldowns* then you do truly suck. -I've met a few people who relied on CDs such as Water elemental, Icy veins, PoM / Arcane power... Such people that use all their CDs in 1 duel and then run away, coming back 5 mins later to reduel me only to use em again.

If you have to say, in 1-3 minutes when you get challenged to a duel and it is not for a pvp trinket then you have an issue.

and if you use the gear i said you should be hitting 1.5-3.5k frostbolts with 2.5sec cast and if you cant fake cast just dont fight a mage

Again haste trinket and Icy veins bring that 2.5 down quite a bit and when the enemy is spamming them at you you don't have time to fake a cast and even if you do fake successfully you still are silenced for 4 seconds.

i dont blink out on Cheapshot its only 3 seceond , but some PVE rogue does soo much dmg sometimes i have too blink out then iceblock kidney

Just simply, FN > wak about 5 yards from them and FB then kite since their slowed and because i used slow and forced them to use CoS very early i just kite them to death.
