I donated $10 for the two handed sword on Feb 10th (2.4.3) and not only do I not have it but all my toons have been deleted! I opened a ticket in game and put all the information I was supposed to in order to get the item (I "edited" the ticket when ever I'd log in) but I still don't have it. What should I do now that my toon is gone?
