It's really annoying when you need to wait to post a repply.
I'm sure they are people like me who type pretty fast and are kinda sick of the flood control.
I mean honestly , did we ever had a real flood on V.C.N. forum?
The only time I can remember is when Weiss had flooded the forums with a special soft that gave her like 2k postcount in 1hour.
Besides this accident I never saw any flood on the forums.
Seriously flood control is useless and annoying.
