| to 3.0.9? go to data and delete patch.mpq and patch2.mpq then run the repair tool reset and check files. then start up wow and stop the launcher at 3.0.9 | |

| For downpatching, I only deleted patch.mpq, and NOT PATCH2.MPQ. Run repair and do "Check Files Only" (this way it keeps your addons and interface configurations  ) Then run Wow or Launcher and patch up and stop at 3.0.9 | |

| or if you dont know how to do anything else just reinstall and dont go over patch 3.0.9 but i suggest you try what others said first | |
