Is Resilience working correctly? And is it even worth using?

I did some testing on it a few weeks ago and it did indeed reduce crit damage, but what about reducing the chance to be crit?

With everyone able to use the best gear, most fights are all about 2-3 shotting your opponent so wouldn't it make sense to use PVE gear for max damage and burst? Just my opinion. What do you all think?

resil works, problem is some classes dmg......

I've got a mage with a 1000+ resilience suit and he still gets 2 shot by enhance shammies, and rogues..

I havn't played retail since BC... So is it like this in current retail? IDK.

You're stupid, seriously. Pvp is intended for PVP, not PVE. Why would pve gear be intended for PVP when it has really no stats for PVP.

Yes it works PvP geared classes are much harder and takes much longer too kill. However some classes can do really good in full PvE gear like Shamans,Rogues and Druids. But ALL and i mean ALL cloth classes should use PvE gear. On most of my chars i use like 70 % pvp gear and 30 % pve gear.
(except for my shammy and rogue wich have full pve gear)

You're forgetting this is a private server and not retail. Things are MUCH different here. In retail you don't see rogues 2 shotting mages with 1k resilience in arena. On this server you see it very often.

Resil is worthless when I hit for 5-6k normals and 11k crits.

PVP gear sucks on pservers since TBC in my opinion. PVP gear only rapes on retail... except for rogues. Rogues never use PVP gear ever because it's worth next to nothing for them.

Everything is about white damage, stack all the SP/AP you can and resil will suck. Check the donor gear if you don't believe it, resil sucks here.

Getting the most kills in a bg isn't really a big deal to be honest. And a lot of donors stack stamina, not ap ect.
