anyone know what goes good with mage in 2v2?
so far i've heard rogue, that's about it.

mage/eleshaman
mage/rogue
mage/disc priest

of course if you're talking about vcn, I hear mage/donor works pretty well.

unless you want to fail, don't pick paladin.
if you want to win pick paladin.
if you wan't to enjoy it and show skills - if you have - pick either a rogue or a disc/holy priest.
seen mage/resto druid combo's working fine too

thanks guys. as a warlock, holy paladins are pretty good.. lock dots do huge damage.

Go to Deep Freeze spec and go find 41/5/25 specced rougay.

Youll need a donator if you want to seriously do arena. Once you get to around 1800, all of the teams are donor teams and it is impossible for a non donor team to kill a donor team, with donors being so OP

I'm a pretty good 51/7/13 build Mage. I'm been looking for a pretty good partner myself. I rarely lose to anyone in skirmish now.

The only really viable combos would be:
Mage/rogue
Mage/priest
Mage/feral druid

Mage/rogue is a pretty nice setup. I actually thought it would fail, since there are alot of double paladin teams. But if played correctly they are actually pretty easy. Non-donor that is.

Rogue/mage owns double pala on retail, so I don't see why it'd fail.
