When i try to login i get stuck at connected. Anyone else having this problem and is there a way to fix it?

It also has been doing this to me (High Rates) and i just Alt-Tab out of World of Warcraft and wait a few minutes and usually it will take you to your character select screen and your set to go, it might be the server is down, or there is a lot of players and the server is being flooded.
