Who would win?

Priest isnt so skilled all he had to do is put up a dot or 2 and mage would not be able to eat/go invis and if he mana shields he burns out what little mana he has.

lol on this server it takes pretty much 0 skill to own disc priests. Spellsteal all there buffs and powerwordshield. Arcaneblast barrage the priest down to 50% hp. counterspell and pom pyro barrage fire blast gnomishlightning pwn them

Mage, just spell steal shields and burst. If he's not dying keep repeating (quick evoc CD) between that and mana gems and bandages, mage shouldnt oom or ooh. Although this all depends on if you mean if LoS worked to dodge Mana burns. But I still think a mage would win with a lucky crit streak and well time CS.

Sorry but you are wrong.Mage can't deal 10k whitout popping all.+ Priest haxx shield,I'm sure mage in retail doesn't deal 15k whit failbarrage,I'm sure abaut that you have seen those video where mages do 20k failbolts and then 12k spambarrages.Its not possible THEY ARE OVER BUFFED.You should learn something.(ya rly?)

If your spamming spell steal then your gona run yourself oom, Just use it when it's needed i.e you can lay on some hefty burst.

If the mage can keep the priest on the defensive, mage will eventually win.

priest = 1k resil (if he isnt stupid) = lolwutisburst, mage just can get enaught burst to kill a healer, its old story btw.

Your a bit naive if you seriously think a mage can't kill a healer. Arcane mage has a very good amount of burst, and if used at the right time can be deadly. I don't even play mage and know that they have the capabilities of killing healers.

The admins decided to end the match afaik.

Also, you guys have to watch the first part! Epic skill going on. The matches only last 25mins, and then the win goes to who does more damage (The Mage)

I would more say watch all of the matches watch SK-gaming EU's matches Another does a great job IMO

and i play mage and priest, mage cant kill a healer (who dont do mistakes) its old prob =(

Mage...just cant...do it. On a 1k resi priest u CANT crit. U get a lolbarrage say 5k (its less) fireblast 3k then u charge Arcane Blast=priest LoS flash heal FAKE the Counterspell then its 4 sec more LoS and a flash heal or 2 and then full Mana Burn spam the mage. Mage is running to LoS put dots on go offensive. Even dispel Arcane Power srsly... Then its lolbarrage spam again fireblast machinegunmages lolbarrage and fireblast (OMGD HeS DyIn!11)...shield pop...ima spellsteal that...he LoSes...0.5 sec to get to him 1 sec to Spellsteal thats a flash heal then its fear/trinket - Counterspell on the FAKE flash heal = 4 sec LoS the silence and flash heal spam. I didnt even include the priests instaheal PoM (mages PoM will probably be used on a sheep to get away from Mana Burns and if used for dmg thats a 3k fireball or smth). Priests also get glyphs where Dispel heals them for 3% of hp and shield for 20% of absorb amount. Also DP DA and Penance?

I dont even play a priest but its obvious who will win. The vid shows nuff i doubt any of u have as much skill as that mage there. I still say the priest played badly tho. Too much defense he could had had the mage 100 times. Think he was trying to rez for a BIG finnaly that looks epic.
