Donation that never got activated - donate again?

I keep PMing him n hes not replying. He said its my fault for not telling him. FFS i emailed him the day after the transaction completed. I only want the account activating or a refund. If i get a refund im just gonna donate the $50 again n get VIP so he might as well just upgrade it. Proof:

It is called donating for legal reasons. If it wasn't it would mean he is making profit off of WoW which means he would be so far up in legal bills he would have to invent new items to donate for by the minute. (Just JK he would be forced to shut the server down )

i know man >.<, and because of the reasons it IS donating -.- gear and vip is a ´´gift´´ that most people get for the donation ^^

Theoretically yes, realistically no. Its a transaction because it is not a gift its clear when it says "For" that you are paying for something. If it didn't there would be no donors. Stop trolling people waiting for their donation to be answered. Its not helpful.
