Where is everyone getting them from? I saw 3 rogues with them now. All VIP and Gvip. And the Magical broom, 4 people with that too. All vip and gvips.

pretty sure they were an old 2.4 voting item, same with the old mofo rings (40 stam/agi/str).

Dunno.
I suppose you could ask a GM for Assassins Mask, since it's not really a vote item any more, just like how you can ask for Thor'idal or however you spell it.
Not sure about brooms, but last I heard they weren't soulbound, so....

GMs still hand out gear that you actually use, or so I've heard.
