Off-topic Section?

I do know that the old open discussion/off topic section was deleted due to spambots, flaming, etc.

However, I was looking for a thread or section to post offtopic things (namely, that holding a guitar on the stage is like holding a giant vibrator to women) when I remembered this. It got me thinking: Why not either put a limit on the number of posts in that section per user (perhaps 3) per 12 hours, or make it 40+ posts only?

I don't mean to bring up an old issue unnecessarily - but I do think it would be a good idea.

For that section only. Or some other number, like 10.

It's to prevent spam/trolling.
