Slight chance of return to VCN

damn if murda got no gm's then the server really be a mess.
i hope that tasso or bacon or other people that know how to be a good gm will be..

First off. Its the admins fault that some gm's dont turn out to be all theyre cracked up to be ya kno.i mean its not like they get time to know u. They go off ur knowledge and experience for the job just like a buisness manager would if they were to higher someone. Ive always said this about being a GM and ive never had to change it. The right reason for wanting to be a GM is because u want to help the server, because u want to help keep it running, and because u want to help out other players. The wrong reason to want to be a GM is for the superiority u will have over other players, the ability to act without consequence, and the ability to do as u please. I used to be a GM on the WoW-pwnage server. for the real called Illustrious WoW. We had this system i might reccomend to Rouslan. To all the GM's we had just accepted they would have a 2 week trial period. And for those two weeks we would see how the GM's acted under certain situations and with certain issues. We also watched how they acted with other players and the ones who did all these trials without any problems got made a fulltime GM and the ones who did were returned to their normal player status. It was alot a work but it was also necessary.
