Sam should not have the power to ban, she gets upset and power hungry/corrupt/bitchy too easily.

GM's that get their power only from dating the owner usually have no credentials (Sam doesn't) or experience (Sam doesn't seem to) and are generally not good GM's.

The things Rouslan did for love are helping to kill his server.

She gets around to what she gets around to, I've seen Sam tell people that she doesn't do donation gear and mostly does account upgrades. You might think she doesn't do things that fulfill her duties but she does behind the scenes. Someone shouldn't be asking for donation gear in world anyway, they do that either through a ticket or through an Email.
