HELP A NIGGA OUT

Alright so heres the thing, I have tried many ways to reset IP (someone has it and i believe is going to attempt to hack) and none of them seemed to work. OFC, it's the easiest thing faking Firefox/Browser IP, but how about IP for other shit.

I.E. IP in game, any GM can be like .player info

Ight your done, i'ma ban you and hack you... and I have a friend who just so happens to be a retail GM, and literally just told me my IP adress and said "I'ma hack your computer nao!" and I kind of believe it because he knows i can just whipe my computer (really don't want to) and today I got a google error message saying "If you believe you are being hacked do a computer scan" and i'm like Wait WHAT!? and shit..

well heres the shit I tried...

Cmd prompt: Ipconfig/release Ipconfig/renew (many many times)

Unplug router, internet and shit like that for about 10 minutes I believe plug it back in (still no luck with that) I have tried creating my own IP and using it with local internet properties. And still no luck, I can only bypass as Firefox proxy lol? It's like NOTHING is changing my IP--

How do I know if my IP is changed. under the cmd prompt I type "Ipconfig/all" and yeah doesn't do much tbh it tells me the same thing it did in the beginning

That doesn't work unless you have dial up.

use a proxy ip address

1. You cannot renew your IP unless you have a modem.
2. Thats a backdoor, IP change wont help.
Only thing you can do now is copy your files to another hard or w/e and reinstall windows.
I never knew anyone getting rid of a backdoor, incoming trojan.

he has not been hacked yet he wants to make a new ip so he dont get hacked

I read today news.Some one in USA did call to 911 because he's runescape char was stolen,
