Delete Patch.MPQ and Patch-2.MPQ in your Data folder.
Run repair.
Manually download patches to 3.1.x

they also nerfed CS by half and added Exorcism to the rotation

but they lowed cd, so its same shit just they gotta spam cs button harder. and well pala had extreme burst and time when they wait at cd (4sec), now they got lowed cds and bit lowed cs dmg but with the new SoV they got dmg like now just constant = constant burst -_-
