This thread is full of fail, the OP sucks balls, as his avatar proves and looking at the duration of fortitude left on the "abuser" it was recently applies like RIGHT before this screenshot was taken, since fortitude gives 3k-ish or so health this places the said "abuser" in the legal limit for if he was pvping solo or in a BG without a priest.
