I have gone over this before, so I will save it to a .txt and explain once again. My ISP has me on a Dynamic IP which means they don't control my IP, I am auto assigned one when my router restarts. Charter is low on IP's, therefor I get assigned the same one after a modem restart. I have called them, they cannot change it manually. I cannot switch ISP's atm, I have my cable/phone/internet with them... ^that | |

If you guys are pretending to know about this hit then you are wrong. There is one way to change you IP, and that is through you ISP. You can mask you IP by proxing, but I don't want to have to do that every time i connect. You all should know this... 3rd grade stuff | |
