since lotr was giving me issues i came across
Dark Age of Camelot
im currently installing the trial
has anyone played it?
is it any good?
hows pvp?

Never played it before, imo you should try playing some RTS type games instead of MMORPGS.

Starcraft <3 amazing game cant wait for the second one. But, have you tried playing Rpg games online, like Titan's Quest and Neverwinter Nights?

Its a fun game, enjoyed pvping on online servers for the first one. Never played online for nwn2 though

Well, from the people I've played warhammer with constantly saying "this is nothing like daoc, daoc was much better" and "these are from the people who made daoc, how could they fuck this game up so bad" like daoc was legendary. I'm sure you'll have fun.

The pvp, if like warhammer, is rvr. Realm versus Realm. Basically horde vs alliance, except in daoc there's 3 factions. It's just constant siege battles, keep takes, and you can probably just 100% level off pvp like in warhammer. Instead of focusing on solo pvp it's more focused on group pvp, mainly in very high scales like 50 vs 50 or more.

Aion doesn't suck. You sir, are an idiot I play Warhammer and other MMO's. If you want a good one, wait for aion. Or if you even like turn-based MMO's, check out Atlantica Online. Silkroad is fun too, but usually the servers are packed, and the grind is horrific. Now, with DAoC, the graphics are complete crap compared to WoW and others, but the pvp system is one of the very best. It will take you a while to level because it's an oldschool game, but in the end you'll be tearing and shredding in no time Smile
