Martyr is bugged. Doesn't drain hp and dmg formula for it is fucked up.

Martyl and Blood both add like 7k to peoples hits.
Haven't seen it drain HP like it should.

Technically not bannable. Bugged a bit yes. But not bannable until finalized.

its not bugged on 3.1 unless you have touched by the light wich is broken and increases it dmg done dramatically. here is proof.
here is me at ret spec and using SOC. its hard to see but it does a 1k tick with 5 stacks.

now i try it with touched by the light with the same gear and gems.

as you can see the dmg is 3x what it was without touched by the light. the same dmg problem can be added to consecration and some other spells.

tbh either ban SoC for ppl who have touched by the light or just ban touched by the light since it fuck up heal crits and they do a shitload of healing.

i've seen the same bug on 4 other private servers, and since they think its soc/sov i just abuse another seal thats bugged out the ass by it.
