Fucking hilarious.
This is the sole reason why you don't donate more then 50 dollars to something, let alone a private server. Reasons? You'll never see the money again regardless of what happens.
In my opinion, every single person that donates over 50 dollars is a complete retard and is either mentally ill or just too stupid to understand the consequences of donating more then 50 dollars in something which isn't "real".
