I dunno if this would be a smart idea or not, But it would be very useful to see how many people actually use the website or forum. Its called Quantcas they provide one of the most accurate audience measurement services. Its completely free of charge.

It looks like an understandable suggestion. But measuring activity on the forums isn't that necessary. Although, it would be good to see a more precice display of activity.

It's not a stupid idea, no real suggestion is.
