Shadowmeld is op kek, but humans get a free pvp trinket as a racial SPELL. Extra trinket is WINNER.

Shadowmeld has not been nerfed. In my eyes, it has been buffed if anything.

Then someone probably knocked you out as a kid. Before it was a 10 second cooldown. Now its 2 minutes and you can't eat and use it at the same time.

Hah. The CD is something like a minute now instead, but It's useable in combat. So it got buffed. Eat then using shadowmeld works too.
