First of all, some people express their freedom of speech like total assholes and are super cocky about stuff.

Then, if you allow freedom of speech, it would be unfair to ban someone who has racist or sexist views, and then all the white kids who think they're black would be rippin'-shit about racism all day long.

Also, laws are effected differently then they are outside of the internet.

And lastly, this property is Cookies's property, so he can give authority to whoever he wants, and whatever he says, goes.

Well. This is cookies website or server w/e, Which is public, at the same time his. If he wants he can block the content he wants or allow it. Kinda like owning a store? "We have the right to refuse service to anyone." End :]
