Hi! My report is that the weapons skill arent at 400 when you learn them... and when you try to up them they go up 2 by 2...

ya it kinda sucks when u wanna switch weapons but just make a ticket and a gm will set you skills at 400

On naxp you just type in .max skill and BAM 400.
