[LUA] Max-Skill NPC

Subject: [LUA] Max-Skill NPC Fri 06 Nov 2009, 9:06 am

My old Max Skill NPC's topic is old and gone so I decided to release him again only with updated features like:

No more annoying message yelling "You now have max skills!"
There is now a Broadcast Message in red informing the player they have maxed skills
Defense Skill is added

What he does:

He increases all Combat Skills(Weapons/Defense) to 400
ncrease on Main and Secondary Professions to 450
[color="Red"]Only increases skills currently in your skillbook(It won't teach you a skill then increase it)
