yep, ~40eur for cheap ram (A-DATA, or lower freq. corsairs), and ~140eur for a decent board

Well I wouldn't recommend only upgrading your RAM if you got a crappy computer in general, because that won't do much.

What I would recommend you to buy (That is if you got the money, otherwise the next lines i'ma write is completely utterly useless for you, but oh well.. Maybe someone else got some use for it!

its about cores this day man, e8500 cost 150 euro, phenom 2 x4 945 cost same, got 3.0 ghz and 4 cores + amd boards cost much lower. actually he can buy even phenom 2 x4 810 it got only 2.6ghz , but you will never see it, because you can play every game easy about 50fps with it. but in some games you will miss the 2 cores > gta4 and more inc.
