| storm did this because touched by the light was bugged out the ass. but its since been fixed so i dont see a reason to keep the rule tbh. they start stacking stam they wont stack str anymore and 1shot ppl. | |

| The HP limit applies to 3.0 to me since people can still talent hack the shit out of it and get 60% of their stamina turned into spellpower.
