hm how much muti crit as pvp vs pvp? about 5k max. hemo crit about 2.5k-3k , muti cost 60 energy, hemo cost 35/30 , so 2 hemos are allready better then muti, just muti got highter crit chance, 2x hemo = gcd, and they must both crit, but it shows that muti isnt muuuch better then hemo, just with spam. but real hemoburst works great with slice n dice, 40% more speed >40%more dmg....just the poing that full hemoburst need more time XD , but if slice n dice is on, hemo>muti, so all in one, muti burst is only better to time, because its nearly allways possible. EDIT: hemo DPS is much better then muti.

hemo will not crit 3k on 800 resilience, you will never do more burst than Mut dude, cold blood 100% to save when 5 points for like a 6k evis crit ,glyph of mut reduces energy cost by 5, overkill more energy regen, vigor like 130 energy with pvp gear. and energy and combo points flowing like crazy as you crit.

nah you dont get it , in pve you stay on boss and can spam ss>slice n dice....what is not possible vs standart player. besided combat three is easy to outplay, and dont even work right. and resil is working, there just some talents that dont work...or classes.....wink paladins.

ok, youre right 3k hemos on 800 resil are nearly impossible with pvp gear. k 2.5k then (easy possible) so 2.5k hemo crit x2 = same 5k what muti dont crit with pvp gear vs pvp gear (or really rare) >4.5k muti vs 2x 2.5k hemo, just the gcd problem again, or hemo would allready do more dmg with lucky crits. the overkill regen and glyph help only bit at start, but you can bring a pvp player with pvp gear on 50% hp with cd in firststunlock, but duels dont matter anyway....

Everything could be could in pvp... due to the talents in combat that are bugged, it makes combat an unsufficiant spec.

Even if Hemo can not burst, it can kill, and still kill just as quick as Mutilate if played right, hell, I've beaten plenty of mutilate rogues with hemo.

When I say hemo, I do not mean literally hemo spam.... I mean a decent rogue using Hemo spec...

Although I have been looking at talents and I am reconsidering specs.

Though I do feel that Armor Penetration with serrated blades IS bugged.. I wish it wasn't.

I prefer stable more than Burst...

If you don't crit muti it only does like 3k so you wasted 60 energy.

also whats better

Agility or AP for a rogue (hemo) (my spec I have 5/5 sinister strike and deadliness or w/e)

PvP gear or PVE


I believe with cheat death, I have much more survivability

k so were still talking about higher burst dps, hemo has hemo spam and its stuns....which stuns dont count as dps. your energy wastes like shit and will always be out of energy. who will take down an enemy faster? mut rogue, hemo rogue is just stunning alot with low dps taking longer to kill enemys in pvp.

the one with overkill give you nice burst, its about your parter too if you run arena. dont overrate cheat death btw... you can play with pve and/or pvp gear with ap/agi gems....all about your playstyle. btw shame for me..i never tested overkill/shs .

cheat death is shit now on retail you die after the next shot you got like 1-2 secs to vanish. its not like here on vcn your unkillable till it wears off.

combo points combo points combo points. mutilate spec gives great damage with also great combo point building . seal fate+ mutialte can give you around 3 combo points easily in 1 button and 1 GCD. and the combo points you have the more finishing moves you have. plus you have quick recovery and cold blood which are great for any dps healer 2v2. mutilate is just great for burst. and dont say ret paladins are not burst because i can have one take me down on retail with 4 crits in 2 GCD's

Hemo is NOT just stunning, I could easily kill a decent mutilate rogue even WHEN he gets first hit... How? I can get him to half HP in one cheap shot or kidney shot either or... whereas he could get his full cheapshot off and only get me to like what 60%? He ran out of energy way to quick..

I keep my energy normalized (around 40) and use it when I really need it...

He used cheap shot waited for poisons and mutilate and already all his energy was wasted, which gave me my way out of stunlock..

Even if he were to use kidney shot I could Trinket, blind, then vanish (why blind and vanish?.... Because he would use his trinket and blind right after)

mut rogues gotta stun too ^^, wtf is burst dps?^^ dps= damage per second and hemo slice n dice > muti slice n dice, so hemo DPS is better, no doubt. if your enemy just stands/sit and you spam something on him...i gues muti would kill him bit faster with normal critrate (=no badluck noncrits), but there healers in arena too, and mates, etc etc, like i said in post before, pure burst muti > hemo, long time burst hemo>muti (lol@longtime burst) , dps hemo >muti, (but nearly the same too), mobility, hemo >>>>muti, so all in one, its about your playstyle both specs are good kk.

shs/cb got it all too. and ShD/hemo is only playable with other dds or duels etc.

look i think you guys are basing your facts on private servers, mut is fucked up here, bring this subject up on the wow forums. which resil dont work and all of you are pvping in pve gear.

ghostly + setup is just for combo points, and its cool to combite with eva for better dodge (and still get fucked by every melee qq)
